WHERE DO I START WITH THE MONOGRAMS?

IS THERE A SPECIFIC MONOGRAM FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS? 

Consider each monogram to be a buyers' choice. Feel free to choose whichever personalization fits you best! The only limitations we have are with our napkins - because of the unique way we laser engrave each product, we offer two monogram styles. See them here. 

ORDER + PAYMENT

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.You can also pay using Paypal or WREN gift cards. Please note, with the exception of gift cards, we can only accept one form of payment per order.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?

Contact us at hello@wrenhome.com ASAP, so we can catch the order before it makes it into production. We want to make your order as perfect as possible, but if a custom personalization order has started production, we can’t make changes or cancel the order.

WHEN WILL MY WREN PRODUCT ARRIVE?

There is a 2-3 business day production lead time, however, we do our best to get every order out the same day its ordered.

After the item is produced it is shipped via the method you decided on at checkout.  Depending where you are located in the country, it can take up to 5 days to reach its destination so keep that in mind when determining delivery date.

Our suggestion is that if you need it by a specific date please use at a minimum UPS 3 Day Select® as UPS® Ground transit time is not guaranteed.

We also recommend contacting us at hello@wrenhome.com after placing your order so we make sure your order ships on time and receives extra special attention from our production team.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will get an email with your number and tracking info. You can also track your order status in your Account page. Any questions emails us at hello@wrenhome.com.

Premium Ground - 2 to 7 Days

USPS Priority - 1 to 3 Days

2nd Day Air - 2 Days*  (*if ordered before 2 PM EST)

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED ITEM?

Personalization orders cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled after purchase. The full amount is required at time of purchase and the personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled at any time. All personalized orders are non-refundable.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ON SALE?

Sale items can be returned for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price. Any sale item marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our goal is that you love every WREN item you ordered. However, if you need to make a return please see our list below for details.

We accept the following items:

  • All New/Unused Products 
  • Products damaged during transit
  • Defective products
  • Custom cutting boards cut to the incorrect size
  • Custom cutting boards with incorrect edges/corners

We cannot accept the following items:

  • Products used to cut/assemble food.
  • Products that have come into contact with food (it’s a violation of health regulations to accept used items.)
  • Products returned after 30 Days of Purchase Date 
  • Custom cutting boards that are cut correctly, with the correct material, and with requested personalization.

We understand every situation is different and things happen, so if you have an issue with your custom WREN product, contact us at hello@wrenhome.com and we will work to find a solution!

Any sale item marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR WREN PRODUCT

  1. Email hello@wrenhome.com with your order number, name, the product you would like to return and why you want to return it.
  2. You will be contacted within 2 business days with a RMA # for your order.
  3. Repackage unused item in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice with the assigned RMA# clearly written across the top.
  4. Ship the package back to us:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt. We will contact you to let you know that the return is processed and your refund is applied.

We believe in a commitment to quality and environmental stewardship, so all of the products in our store adhere to these principles.
