WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Discover, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.You can also pay using Paypal or WREN gift cards. Please note, with the exception of gift cards, we can only accept one form of payment per order.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP, so we can catch the order before it makes it into production. We want to make your order as perfect as possible, but if a custom personalization order has started production, we can’t make changes or cancel the order.
WHEN WILL MY WREN PRODUCT ARRIVE?
There is a 2-3 business day production lead time, however, we do our best to get every order out the same day its ordered.
After the item is produced it is shipped via the method you decided on at checkout. Depending where you are located in the country, it can take up to 5 days to reach its destination so keep that in mind when determining delivery date.
Our suggestion is that if you need it by a specific date please use at a minimum UPS 3 Day Select® as UPS® Ground transit time is not guaranteed.
We also recommend contacting us at email@example.com after placing your order so we make sure your order ships on time and receives extra special attention from our production team.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will get an email with your number and tracking info. You can also track your order status in your Account page. Any questions emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
