CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED ITEM?
Personalization orders cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled after purchase. The full amount is required at time of purchase and the personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled at any time. All personalized orders are non-refundable.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ON SALE?
Sale items can be returned for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges. Store credit will be issued for the purchase price. Any sale item marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our goal is that you love every WREN item you ordered. However, if you need to make a return please see our list below for details.
We accept the following items:
- All New/Unused Products
- Products damaged during transit
- Defective products
- Custom cutting boards cut to the incorrect size
- Custom cutting boards with incorrect edges/corners
We cannot accept the following items:
- Products used to cut/assemble food.
- Products that have come into contact with food (it’s a violation of health regulations to accept used items.)
- Products returned after 30 Days of Purchase Date
- Custom cutting boards that are cut correctly, with the correct material, and with requested personalization.
We understand every situation is different and things happen, so if you have an issue with your custom WREN product, contact us at email@example.com and we will work to find a solution!
Any sale item marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR WREN PRODUCT
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name, the product you would like to return and why you want to return it.
- You will be contacted within 2 business days with a RMA # for your order.
- Repackage unused item in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice with the assigned RMA# clearly written across the top.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN
Returns are typically processed within 10 business days of receipt. We will contact you to let you know that the return is processed and your refund is applied.
